Abstract:

Vernous ulcer of lower limbs is a serious complication of chronic venous insufficiency of lower limbs, which seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients. The treatment of ulcers varies from cause to cause, so prompt and correct diagnosis is crucial. At present, the pathogenesis of venous ulcer of lower extremities is complex and has not been fully elucidated. Endovascular therapy for venous ulcer of lower extremity(including endovenous laser treatment, radiofrequency ablation, foam sclerotherapy, percutaneou stranslumin alangioplasty, etc.) has become more and more mature, and has achieved good results. This review summarizes the research progress for clinical reference.
