主动脉瓣疾病是常见的心脏瓣膜病，严重危害患者的身体健康，大大降低了患者的生活质量，使该类人群的预期寿命明显缩短，部分严重病变的预后甚至要比转移性癌症更差。由于传统手术疗效并不理想，因此我们对收治的1例老年重度心力衰竭患者实施顺向导丝结合导丝抓捕技术行急症经颈动脉经导管主动脉瓣置换术，现报道如下。
