表1 慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者气流受限严重程度的肺功能分级

分级	严重程度	肺功能（基于使用支气管舒张剂后FEV1）
GOLD 1级	轻度	FEV1占预计值的百分比≥80%
GOLD 2级	中度	50%≤FEV1占预计值的百分比<80%
GOLD 3级	重度	30%≤FEV1占预计值的百分比<50%
GOLD 4级	极重度	FEV1占预计值的百分比<30%
